Spinal Cord Injury BC is the best source of information on living well with a spinal cord injury or related disability in British Columbia. Our programs and resources are here to help people with spinal cord injuries and their families adjust, adapt and thrive whether they are struggling with a new injury or dealing with the challenges related to living and aging with a disability.

Since 1957, Spinal Cord Injury BC (SCI BC) has been helping people with spinal cord injuries (SCI) and other physical disabilities achieve independence, self-reliance and full community participation. We help those with injuries, plus their family and friends adjust, adapt and thrive in their new lives, whether they are dealing with a new injury or struggling with the ongoing challenges of living and aging with a physical disability. Through our three core programs (Peer Support, Information Services, and Digital Outreach), we provide answers, social connections, educational opportunities and unique life experiences for people living with spinal cord injury.
